2. Product description: 

This stainless steel pot and mezzanine steam pan, widely used in candy, pharmacy, dairy products, beverage, honey, 
pastries, line, such as canned food processing, can also be used in large restaurant or dining room to boil soup, cook,
stew, boil congee, etc., is a food processing to improve quality, shorten the time, good equipment to improve.

 

3. Working conditions:

Steam as heat source, has the large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, heating up fast, easy to 
control temperature and other characteristics, suitable for candy, beverage, canned food processing and 
pharmaceutical industry and drug processing, such as tilting type and fixed type.

5. Characteristics:

Vertical sandwich pot with certain pressure steam as heat source, sandwich pot with large heating area, 
high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short liquid boiling time, heating temperature easy to control, etc. 
Sandwich pot pot inner pot body (pan) with acid and heat resistant austenite stainless steel manufacturing, 
equipped with a pressure gauge and relief valve, beautiful, easy installation, convenient operation, safe and reliable.

 

6. Structures:

(a). The vertical sandwich pot is of the bilayer structure composed of inner and outer spherical pot body form, 
both inside and outside the spherical pot body intermediate sandwich ventilation with steam heating.

(b). The structure form: divided into tilting type sandwich pot, vertical (fixed), sandwich pot structure according to 
the process need to mix with belt or without mixing equipment.

 

7. The pot body material:

(a). The inner pot body (SUS304 stainless steel/SUS316L), outer pot body carbon steel Q235 - B), 
outer coating antirust paint.

(b). Both inside and outside all stainless steel pot body (SUS304 / SUS316L).

 

8. Supporting feet form:

(a). Vertical sandwich pot: three pyramid form, round pipe.

(b). Tilting type sandwich pot: channel steel scaffolding.

 

9. Note: the other can according to customer's requirements, customized non-standard design.
